The correct welding and finishing of the sheet metal parts is an essential element to properly convey the quality of the final product.
For the welding of stainless steel, for example, we use different techniques: TIG welding, MIG, electric spot welding. Also this phase is subject to rigorous functional controls and – in the case of specific product requirements, such as for example sealed tanks – we also carry out the control with 100% penetrating liquids.
All our welders are already in possession of a certificate of qualification in accordance with EN ISO 9606-1, with the company’s total willingness to achieve any other certification necessary to meet customer needs.
